The Opportunity

Our people make things fly and we want you, as a Systems Engineer experienced in Multibody Analyses to be part of our journey!

As Systems Engineer you will sit within our Defense business line and be based mainly at our site in Papendrecht . You will join a team of 8 dedicated to the NH90 helicopter program and you will report to the Centre of Competence for Systems Engineering.

The main focus of this role will be the Multibody Analyses of the NH90 helicopter Landing Gear . As Systems Engineer, you will manage the integration / system engineering activities and you will cooperate with your counterparts in Airbus Germany, Airbus France and Leonardo Helicopters Italy. Your main activities will be:

• Translating the technical and functional requirements from airworthiness and customer on helicopter level into requirements on Fokker component/part level,
• Performing technical engineering activities (analyses, tests, simulations) with an emphasis on Landing Gear Multi-body Analyses,
• Aligning (the requirements) with our Partner Companies, customers and the operating companies within GKN Fokker,
• Technically managing work packages and subcontractors.
