As an A&I Engineer you will work within our Fleet Support Department in our headoffices in Zwijndrecht and at our vessels abroad. You will assist in the design and construction of equipment and vessels, with a primary focus on automation.

As a Cable Installation Engineer you will focus on a variety of challenging cable installation related topics. You will assist our tender and project teams with engineering support during both preparation and execution phase. The engineering department in Breda consist of approx. 30 employees and you will work in a close-knit, international team of 8 cable installation engineers. Together, we work on DEME's vision of creating a sustainable future.

As "Category Buyer" for DEME Group, you are a professional in the field of procurement and supply chain management. Your primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the procurement of goods and services for a defined set of commodities and to support the Category Manager in implementing the category sourcing strategy.

You will develop and implement sourcing strategies for harbor construction, dams and sea defenses, canal construction, revetment, quay wall construction and shore protection. At DEME we believe in the value of data and becoming data driven. As a data engineer you will join the Data & Analytics Office (DAO) within the IT Services department. Together with the team you will be transforming DEME's data into high quality (BIG) data sets and reports. You will enable our businesses to gain insight in their data so they can support their decisions with facts. You will be working with various kinds of data on multiple projects.
You will be creating, maintaining, and supporting data pipelines with information coming from our vessels, projects, campaigns, third party data services, and so on. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining data models and designing modern data solutions and products on our cloud data platform.
You will work closely with the business to define & finetune requirements. You will support our data scientists and report developers across the organization and enable them to find the required data and information.

We look for candidates with a first solid experience as a Data Officer, Data Analyst or Business Analyst. The domains where data change requests and improvements are needed are broad: HR, Finance, Procurement and Logistics, QHSE, Asset Management or general Operations and can depend on past experiences and preferences.
