Job Summary

Programme Director for multiple programmes including Dassault business jets, and all new electric take-off and landing jet programmes with amongst others Lilium.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage people, though this position may also require a technical, process-related or administrative focus.
• Lead and support managers/supervisors or employees.
• Drive department-level productivity and profitability as well as individual performance and workforce engagement.
• Direct associate selection, development and retention.
• Advocate and lead initiatives an actions.
• Negotiate with and influence people.
• Make decisions on business strategy and workforce planning and utilization.
• Manage budgetary responsibilities and functioning as part of a team or peer group.
• Provide executive leadership with input and support regarding corporate vision and enterprise strategies.
• Improve associates' performance.
• Build relationships with others to facilitate delegation and orchestration of work

Job Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial, procurement, engineering or programme management disciplines, with experience of New Programme Introduction
• Experience of the aerospace industry would be desirable but not essential
• Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team of programme managers
