In the coming years, you will see more and more examples of the ICNG on the railways in the Netherlands. As a team leader within the ICNG team at Alstom, you will be responsible for streamlining work processes and managing professionals working on this innovative project.

Who are you?

You have:
- a technical background (mbo 4 with a lot of experience or hbo/wo)
- good communication skills
- empathy
- great problem-solving abilities
- experience in the railway sector

Where will you work?

Alstom is an international company in the rail sector. Around 500 people work in the Netherlands. In Rotterdam maintenance and overhaul work is carried out on locomotives and wagons. In Ridderkerk work is carried out on the inside of rail vehicles. For instance traction boxes and control panels are made here or maintained/revised. Utrecht has its expertise in train safety / interlocking systems. In Utrecht and Amsterdam, the newest train on Dutch Railways is introduced: the Intercity New Generation (ICNG). Alstom is an organisation that is constantly on the move.
